Q : How do I book a villa or optional tour?
A : Once you have selected your villa, please fill the booking form and click “send”     button located at the end of the form. If you wish to place a booking for more than one villa or optional tour, please complete a separate booking form for each individual villa or optional tour.

Q : What is the latest time to make booking?
A : Normally, we accept bookings that are made at least 7 working days before check in. Late bookings are subject to availability. We will do everything possible to try to meet your requirements.

Q : After making a booking, when will I get the confirmation?
A : After sending the booking form you will immediately receive an email or fax detailing your booking request. We aim to confirm your booking or advise on villa availability within 2x 24 hours

Q : Can I book for someone else?
A : Yes. When completing our booking form, the guest information field should be the person staying at the hotel. The contact information and email address should be your name.

Q : Are special requests guaranteed?
A : All special requests e.g. early check in, late check out, connecting room etc. are subject to space availability on check in and can not be guaranteed.

Q : What time can I check in and check out?
A : Normally, check in time is 14:00hours and check out time is 12:00hours

Q : Do your villa rates include airport transfer?
A : Your reservation will include complimentary airport transfers (1 x arrival pick up and 1 x departure drop off plus luggage ). Additional charge my apply for some villa.

Q : Are the rates per person?
A : No. Our villa rates are per villa per night included breakfast, taxes and service charges.

Q : When do I need to pay for my booking?
A : Guest must make 50% deposit payment within 3 working days of availability confirmation to secure the villa. Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) before the scheduled arrival date. Some villas can set the terms of payment other than the conditions mentioned above. The exact terms of payment will be sent in the booking confirmation.
All payment must be made in US Dollars. Payment options are :

  • Telex Transfer – All charges incurred for Telex Transfer transaction will be borne by the hirer.
  • Credit Card – All payment made by credit card (Visa and Master Card) will be subject to a 3,5% additional charge.

No charge will be made to you if the room requested is unavailable

Q : Can I change my booking?
A : US$ 50.00 administration charge will be levied to any change/s for a villa reservation, which has been confirmed, and for which a deposit has already been paid.

Q : Can I cancel my booking?
A : If you cancel a booking please send by email. Cancellation charges may occasionally very due to some villa having more strict cancellations policies, especially during high & peak season period.
